A focus within our Transportation System's Turbo Technologies (HTT) in Manufacturing offers a global experience. With 15 locations that span the globe, regardless of product or process manufacturing, HTT moves seamlessly from country to country. Career Path

Career paths with HTT Manufacturing vary greatly. Employees can choose to specialize within one discipline of ISC such as operations planning, and gradually plan for larger and more complex operations. In addition, employees interested in leadership follow a career path that lets them touch each ISC pillar. In fact, many career paths in Manufacturing support and encourage lateral moves that follow the product cycle rather than just upward movement into the management ranks. Regardless of where you work, or your ISC discipline in HTT Manufacturing, you are part of a global team that works and shares ideas across time zones and continents.

For example, a senior leader with a background in Quality and Engineering joined Honeywell Turbo Technologies in 1995 as a technical operations manager focused on plant growth management in Atessa, Italy. Two years later, he became Plant Manager for Atessa, where he spent three years working and learning from his global peers to make Atessa a successful operation. After learning the benefit of sharing best practices from country to country, in 2000 he was made the Operations leader for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region located in Brussels, Belgium. Presently, his reports span the globe, from France, Italy, Romania, and Ireland, to Spain, India and the UK, with peers in China and the United States. His key priorities are to continue to increase productivity across the region while understanding and meeting customer requirements.
